25 Minute Speed Train

Trying Something New and Loving It! 💪

I’m kicking off Week 3 of 25 Min Speed Train by BODi and I have to say—I’m seriously impressed. 💥 These workouts are short, sweet, and straight to the point, which makes it so much easier to stay consistent.

This isn’t the type of program I would normally choose, but stepping outside my comfort zone has been so worth it. I’m seeing results I’ve never had before—and it feels amazing! Sometimes, the best changes come from trying something totally new. 🙌

*****UPDATE***** I am starting week 4 and can’t get enough of this program.  Short, sweet and to the point.  If you don’t think that you can get results in 25 minutes, think again.  I am down 2 inches on my hips and waist. Thighs, calves and biceps are down about 1/2inch each.   Clothes are fitting better, and I feel stronger.
